What I've been LOVING

My style has really transitioned over the past year, from not giving a hoot to total fashionista! But I don't always have the money to buy what I want (Not yet anyways!!) But I'm going to show you some of the items in my dream closet ;)

The Break Up Patchwork Leather Large 31 Minute Clutch Bag by

THE BREAK UP PATCHWORK LEATHER LARGE 31 MINUTE CLUTCH BAG

I saw this on a blogger's Facebook page as she was packing to head to LA and thought how unique/cute it was and how I would just love to own it. Then... I saw it's PRICE. Something's only so cute until you see the 3 digit number it'd cost to buy it. So as cute as it was, I had to let it go...

As far as I know, they're all sold out now. It went 80% off before it went out of stock... and get this! I STILL wouldn't buy it with it being 80% off (click HERE to see why)

I know! It shocked me too.

Since Summer is almost here, I thought this would be soo cute to wear to the beach. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? No. Would I buy it...? Maybe...

Along, with the summer trend is this:

EAT CAKE FOR BREAKFAST TOTE by Kate Spade

I fell in love with this bag the moment I laid eyes on it. You know that moment when you see something and you think "That is sooo ME." That's what happened when I saw this purse. If you know me, you know how much I love my sweets... I'm more of a cupcake gal but cake... cupcake... it's all the same thing.

Unfortunately, they're all sold out but their being sold all over Ebay.. (Just be careful not to buy a fake!)

Another, pricey item but would be a fabulous piece for your wardrobe!

MICHAEL KORS HAMILTON TOTE

I've had my eye on this baby for a while!

Even if I was going to buy it, I'm so indecisive! I can't decide between the brown, black or white!!! I have too many black purses and white, you could only wear in the summer... So Brown It Is! Plus, It'd go perfectly with this outfit that I've been trying to put together:

I love this outfit! Perfect for the spring time.

Buuut, I just saw at Nordstrom that they came out with a STUDDED version... OMG.

Halloween is just around the corner!

I love dressing up! I love passing out candy! I love decorating! I love everything about Halloween! I'm the lady in your neighborhood who starts decorating in September :o) ha ha ha

So, I thought it would be fun to take a peek inside my house and show you guys what I've done to decorate for Halloween!

I love this candy corn table cover that I got at Wal*Mart for $4!

So, I was on Pinterest a few weeks ago, looking up Halloween DIYs and I came across this really adorable craft to do with your kid(s) So, I went to Michael's and picked up a white canvas (they didn't have the size I wanted in black) some black and white paint, and some cool Halloween ribbon. I used a 50% off coupon and saved about $5! I wish I knew what the exact total was but I think it came out to be less than $20...

I just loved the way it turned out, it now hangs on the wall near the front door, right underneath our spooky ghost, which was also purchased at Michaels :)

We bought 2 to hang inside the house.

I also purchased a craft pumpkin (pictured below) I planned on giving it a make-over but haven't gotten around to doing so. When I find the time I'm going to get some mod podge and some glitter and glam it up!

Here's our Halloween cookies in the oven!  Scarecrows and pumpkins :-)

And to top it all off..... A Pumpkin Cupcake Candle from Bath & Body Works... this things smells ahhh-mazing!

You can't just have your house 'look' Halloween... it's gotta SMELL like it too!!

Happy Halloween from our house to yours!!!

Amanda Todd

I was looking on my news feed the other day when I came across a page called 'RIP Amanda Todd' It caught my attention, so I decided to click on it.

If you haven't heard what happened to her and care to know you can read about it here but long story short, this girl was bullied up until the day she killed herself. She was only 15 years old and left behind a video that explains her story... Click here to check it out... As I watch her video, all I could think is how I wish I would of seen it before she passed away. Maybe I could of brought some light into what she saw a dark world. Reading the comments on YouTube, you see hateful remarks... such as, 'she deserved it' or 'I wish it was all worth it' At first, I got angry seeing such nasty comments but then I realized no matter what happens in the world, good or bad, there will always be someone there to say something awful about it.
Did she make some bad choices, yes... Did she deserved to suffer for it, not at all!

Noone should ever feel the way this girl felt....

She was so beautiful, so young and so talented... I just wish she would of seen it too. She had an amazing voice! Click HERE to watch her video!

Bullying is not a joke and should always be taken seriously. SPEAK UP, SPEAK OUT.

If your being bullied, please do not hesitate to speak to a teacher or parent. Just remember if people are trying to bring you down, it just means you are above them.
